About the Role

Our flexible work schedule allows you to work around your other commitments to achieve a better work-life balance. We are open 7 days a week, with typical opening Team Members starting as early as 9:30am and closing Team Members staying as late as 5:00am. Toppers has hours available that will work for you!

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills, and shift needs
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
• Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
• Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
• Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
• Train new Team Members on daily tasks
• Balance cash draw and prepare deposit

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age
• Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Reliable transportation
• Previous quick service restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Food Manager Certification
