Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Qualifications

• A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store.
• The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
