Qualifications
- Some restaurant experience is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must for speaking, reading, and writing
- Able to understand Salsa Fresca’s ‘Fresh Food You Can Trust’ philosophy and apply it to everyday operations and guest experiences
- Able to effectively manage a team while leading with kindness and by example
- A high school diploma or equivalent
