Shift Leader

About the role

This Shift Leader position is an important role within our restaurant management team. The work schedule could include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and offering an immediate and respectful response to all guest needs.
• Deliver meals to guests at their table or to a designated pick-up area while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area, dining room, parking lot, and restrooms.
• Stock as needed to maintain inventory throughout your shift.
• Effectively manage and lead a team of people to serve guests while maintaining operating standards for the best hospitality and guest experience.
• Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures to create a positive work environment.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder leading the shift.

Requirements

• Team-oriented, friendly, honest, and possess great customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 17 years old.
