The Shift Leader position is an important role within our restaurant management team, offering an opportunity to gain valuable skills and life experience.

Schedule

The work schedule for this position could include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and offering an immediate and respectful response to all guest needs.
• Deliver meals to guests at their table or to a designated pick-up area while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area, dining room, parking lot, and restrooms.
• Stock as needed to maintain inventory throughout your shift.
• Effectively manage and lead a team of people to serve guests while maintaining operating standards for the best hospitality and guest experience.
• Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures while creating a positive work environment.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant, leading the shift as a key holder.

Requirements

• Must be team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
