Shift Leader

Position Overview

Supporting a renowned QSR brand, the Shift Leader role supports the day-to-day operations. This position works 20-35 hours a week and allows flexible scheduling. The brand's peak hours are during lunch & dinner, Thursday-Sunday. There are growth opportunities within 1-year of employment as the portfolio continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a standard of excellence and assist in the team's development towards success.
• Aid in the training of new crew members.
• Afford sales programs to leverage business opportunities.
• Oversee daily operations to support labor budgets, food cost targets, guest surveys, and brand standards.
• Perform weekly and monthly administrative tasks such as: payroll, scheduling, product ordering, and inventory counts.
• Support and cover for General Manager, as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a leadership or management role, quick-service restaurant experience preferred.
• A demonstrated understanding of confidentiality is required.
• This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.
