Shift Leader

About the role

As an Hourly Shift Leader, you will lead a restaurant team in a fun, flexible work environment. At Papa John's, people are always our top priority. You will improve on the skills you have, and we'll teach you some new ones too. Many Hourly Shift Leaders have gone on to become General Managers and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Lead a restaurant team to ensure customers receive a world class service experience
• Put together the winning team
• Deliver quality and awesome service to customers

Qualifications

• Great attitude and a desire to be a part of a team
• Passion for quality, a mind for business, and the capability to treat others with dignity and respect
• At least 18 years old
• GED or High School Diploma preferred
• Basic math and solid problem-solving skills
• Ability and desire to work nights and weekends
• Able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
