As an Hourly Shift Leader, you will lead a restaurant team in a fun, flexible work environment. You will ensure customers receive a world-class service experience and help put together the winning team. Responsibilities

• Lead a restaurant team during shifts
• Ensure customers receive a world-class service experience
• Support team development and performance
• Work nights and weekends during busy periods
• Lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• GED or High School Diploma preferred
• Basic math and solid problem-solving skills
• Ability and desire to work nights and weekends
