About the role

As an Hourly Shift Leader, you will lead a restaurant team in a fun, flexible work environment, ensuring customers receive a world-class service experience. Many Hourly Shift Leaders have gone on to become General Managers and beyond. You will improve on the skills you have, and we'll teach you some new ones too.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• GED or High School Diploma preferred
• Basic math and solid problem-solving skills
• Ability and desire to work nights and weekends
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
