About the role

As an Hourly Shift Leader, you will lead a restaurant team in a fun, flexible work environment. You will improve on the skills you have, and we'll teach you new ones too. Many Hourly Shift Leaders have gone on to become General Managers and beyond. We are more than just a pizza company; we're a pizza family.

Responsibilities

• Lead a restaurant team to ensure customers receive a world-class service experience.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during nights and weekends.
• Perform tasks requiring physical effort, such as lifting or moving up to 25 pounds and standing for prolonged periods.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Basic math and solid problem-solving skills.
• Ability and desire to work nights and weekends.
• Capability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
