Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our restaurant teams, driving the mission of Panda through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites with hands-on experience.
• Gain a diverse set of skills to develop both yourself and your team.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations, especially in the food industry.
• Food safety certifications required, at applicant's expense.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
• Fast-paced work environment, strong verbal communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills.
