Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are pivotal figures who bring Panda's mission to life in our restaurants by supporting management in creating delicious food, providing heartfelt service, and fostering a proud ambiance.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Prior operations experience in food service preferred
• Food safety certifications required (local/municipal requirements)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage conflicts and adapt to a dynamic environment

Employees must lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot and noisy, with limited storage space and high shelving.
