Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our restaurant teams, fostering an inviting atmosphere and guiding the team through the day's operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites with passion and care.
• Gain a variety of skills to enhance personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
• Food handler certification required (at applicant's expense).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
• Fast-paced work environment, strong communication skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
