Shift Lead Overview
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our restaurant teams, fostering an inviting atmosphere and guiding the team through the day's operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
- Manage store operations and lead the team during shifts.
- Prepare and serve Panda favorites with passion and care.
- Gain a variety of skills to enhance personal and professional development.
Qualifications
- Some high school education.
- Preferred experience in operations and food safety.
- Food handler certification required (at applicant's expense).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
- Fast-paced work environment, strong communication skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
