Shift Lead Overview

Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, tasked with fostering a welcoming environment and leading the team during shifts. They play a crucial role in maintaining the vibrancy and success of our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
• Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team
• Prepare and serve Panda favorites with passion and care
• Develop a diverse set of skills to enhance personal and professional growth

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety
• Food handler certification (at applicant's expense)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves
• Effective verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space
