Shift Leader

Responsibilities

You will supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis.

You will assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively.

Requirements

• Fluently speak/read english
• 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law)
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Able to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices
• Able to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
