Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching.
• Ensure tasks are performed effectively to help America Run on Dunkin’.

Requirements

• Fluently speak/read English.
• At least 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for results by building teams.
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
• Able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head.
• Knowledge of what it takes to be in the smile-making business.
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
