Shift Leader

Responsibilities

You will supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis.

You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin’.

Requirements

• Fluently speak/read English
• At least 18 years old (per applicable law)
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Able to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices
• Able to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Dunkin’ Donuts policies and procedures
