Responsibilities

As a Shift Leader, you will supervise operations on a shift‑by‑shift basis. You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin’.

Requirements

• You are able to fluently speak/read English
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law)
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills
• Understanding of what it takes to be in the smile‑making business
