Shift Leader
We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our team at Noah’s New York Bagels. Our Shift Leaders are key to motivating the team and delivering a great guest experience. Here’s what a typical day might look like:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience
- Take charge and set the tone for the team
- Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
- Open and close the store with minimal supervision
- Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
- Keep the store environment safe and clean

What we are looking for:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
- Able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Able to obtain a ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
- Able to drive and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
- Tip eligibility subject to state regulations
Physical Demands:
- Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours
