Shift Leader

We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our team at Noah’s New York Bagels. Our Shift Leaders are key members of our team who collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience. They also provide feedback and coaching to team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
• Keep the store environment safe and clean

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours and weekends
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Able to pass ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
• Current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required)
