We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our team at Noah’s New York Bagels. Our Shift Leaders are key to motivating the team and delivering a great guest experience.

About the role

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to ensure the team's success. They are responsible for opening and closing the store with minimal supervision and ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served. They also maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Coach team members when needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant)
• Able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required)

Qualifications

Pay

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

You will never have to work past 3PM (Yep, you read that right! NO EVENINGS & NO NIGHTS!)
