About the role
Mister York is a growing burger chain challenging the industry by offering what we call the new generation of fast food. We believe a burger made from quality ingredients shouldn’t cost a fortune or take long to serve. Since serving our first burger from a food truck in the summer of 2020, we’ve expanded to full-scale fast-food restaurants while continuing to develop our smaller container units. Mister York has been named Sweden’s best burger chain for three consecutive years by BurgerDudes, a recognition we’re very proud of. Responsibilities
- Lead shifts through responsibility, participation, and delegation of tasks
- Routine reporting to the Manager
- Spread energy and positivity to team members, which carries over to guests
- Coach and mentor team members
- Receive and inspect deliveries from suppliers
- Manage inventory purchasing
- Train new employees
- Oversee the self-monitoring program, checklists, and adherence to routines
- Full responsibility for unit performance during your shift, including customer satisfaction, wait times, cleanliness, and quality
As a Shift Leader, you’ll be part of the restaurant’s leadership team alongside Managers and other Shift Leaders. High quality is central to our company culture, and every team member should understand their contribution to our success.

Pay
Hourly wage (timlön).
Schedule
70–100% employment (provanställning). Varying shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. Start date by agreement.
