About the role

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced, wellness-focused leader to guide our crew at Smoothie King Miramar. As Team Lead, you’ll keep operations smooth, inspire your team, and help guests crush their health goals one smoothie at a time.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering top-notch guest experiences.
• Motivate your team and maintain a fun, productive vibe.
• Oversee smooth daily operations—clean, organized, and on point.
• Train and coach team members to excel.
• Monitor inventory, ensure quality, and solve challenges.
• Handle guest concerns like a pro, ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in food service or retail (required).
• A passion for health and wellness.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a team-first mindset.
• 18+ and ready for flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to commute to 12503 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33027 (required).

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) or Night Shift (Preferred)
