Responsibilities
- Train and onboard new employees
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints
- Open and close the store as needed
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal
- Manage inventory, assist with ordering, and perform stock checks
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Complete daily paperwork in PDI when the Store Manager is off
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Step in for the Store Manager as needed
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or convenience store experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
