Shift Leader
About the role
Shift Leaders at Flynn Wendy’s are sought after individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish a team that works well together, increase profits, and provide outstanding service. The ideal candidate should take the lead to tackle problems, seek help from others when appropriate, and be willing to provide help and mentorship to their team.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead in managing teams of employees to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and profit margins.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and customers.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
