Join our team! We are looking for a Shift Leader to collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team for a great guest experience
• Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Keep a safe and clean store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Must be in possession of, or able to obtain, a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations)
