Our stores close at 2 pm, so you will never miss that dance recital or a once‑in‑a‑lifetime concert. We are looking for a Shift Leader – the cream cheese on the bagel that adds flavor and holds everything together. Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience, empower the team to take charge and set morale, provide feedback and coach team members when needed, open and close the store with little to no supervision, ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader you will have the opportunity to rise like one of our bagels and grow your career; many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
