Shift Leader

About the role

At Bruegger’s Bagels, we’ve been kettle‑cooking bagels and serving New York‑style bagels with Vermont cream cheese for over 35 years. We’re committed to work‑life balance—our stores close at 2 pm so you never miss a recital or concert. We’re seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager, motivate the team, set morale, provide feedback and coaching, open and close the store with little supervision, and ensure food quality and a clean, safe environment. This role offers career growth—many General Managers started as Shift Leaders. Located at 7322 Chippewa Road, Brecksville, OH 44141.
