Shift Leader
About the role
At Noah’s, the friendly gathering place for good conversation and great food, we have been serving fresh bagels, smiles, and the right amount of chutzpah since 1989. We believe every bagel should be fresh-baked and that ingredients matter. We guarantee two things: first, we are committed to serving food you feel good about eating so that your best days start at Noah’s. Second, we are committed to work-life balance for our team — our stores close at 2 pm, so you will never miss that dance recital or once-in-a-lifetime concert.
Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve and in keeping a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to rise like one of our bagels and grow your career — many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
