Shift Leader

We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our team at Einstein Bros. Bagels. Our Shift Leaders are key to motivating the team and delivering a great guest experience. They also open and close the store independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience
• Take charge and set the tone for the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed
• Open and close the store independently
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served
• Keep the store environment safe and clean

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Aged 18 or older
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours and weekends
• Able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• In possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Able to drive and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

Qualifications

• Pass a drug test as required by Company policy
• Pass a criminal background check as required by Company policy

$11.67 - $18.67 per hour

You will never have to work past 3PM (NO EVENINGS & NO NIGHTS!)
