Shift Leader

About the role

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve and keeping a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your career—many of our General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience
• Set the morale and tone of the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations)
• Must meet driving qualifications as required by Company policy
