Responsibilities
- Manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop
- Deliver best-in-class hospitality
- Pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start
- Demonstrate strong time-management skills
- Multi-task, prioritize, and organize effectively
- Spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop
- Handle a knife confidently
- Speak conversational English
Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds regularly
- Frequently reach, crouch, squat, and bend
- Exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
