About the role
As a Shift Leader at Captain D’s, you'll be the face of the brand, leading the team and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team and ensure high standards of guest service
- Manage the shift schedule and coordinate with other team members
- Train and mentor new team members
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of a background check required
- Continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Occasional use of taste, smell, and far vision
- Works around chemicals and on uneven surfaces
- May use a step stool/ladder
