As a Shift Leader, you're the face of the brand—leading the team and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience in a fast-paced, team-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering great guest service
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and bring out the best in others
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Handle repetitive movements for extended periods

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Completion of a background check
• Continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Occasional use of taste, smell, and far vision
• Work around chemicals and on uneven surfaces; may use a step stool/ladder

Pay

Starting at $17.00 per hour up to $20.00 per hour, plus quarterly bonuses.

Schedule

Variable days and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
