Shift Leader

About the role

As a Shift Leader, you're the face of the brand—leading the team and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience in a fast-paced, team-driven restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering great guest service
• Empower and develop team members in a dynamic work environment
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods
• Work variable days and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Completion of a background check
• Continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Occasional use of taste, smell, and far vision; works around chemicals and on uneven surfaces; may use a step stool/ladder
