About the role

Bruegger’s is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. Shift Leaders are key members of our team who collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience. They also take charge and set the tone for their team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours and weekends
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Able to pass ServSafe Certification before leadership training
• Valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required)

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently
