About the Role

Shift Leaders play a crucial role in motivating the team and setting the tone for the store. They collaborate with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience and maintain a safe, clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team for a great guest experience
• Take charge and set the morale and tone of the team
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Able to pass ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but not required)

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work flexible hours

Pay

$11.67 - $18.67 per hour
