About the role
As the Shift Lead – Warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas, you are responsible for safely managing the shift operation, supporting the Warehouse team’s continuous development, and working at both the situational and systemic level. This position leads the operational execution and sustainability of World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) efforts for the Warehouse department through involvement, performance management, and personal leadership. You will be accountable for implementing programs, policies, and procedures, as well as coordinating efforts and resources across teams to achieve shared goals.
Responsibilities
- Operates with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, guiding and monitoring team members in their adherence to Safety, Quality, and World Class Supply Chain methodologies to optimize performance.
- Guides, develops, and monitors the team to utilize World Class Supply Chain 5S practices to ensure a clean, organized, safe, and productive work environment.
- Uses Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize team performance and make decisions to improve and optimize work areas.
- Interprets production plan schedule requirements and works with the teams to organize team members and equipment/material resources to execute the plan.
- Leads value-optimized projects to drive cost savings across the department and brewery.
- Proficient in all processes and equipment related to the area of accountability and works with teams to assess the feasibility and value of ideas.
- Uses working knowledge of manufacturing systems (such as EIT downtime reporting systems) to maximize operations in concert with supply chain.
- Ensures coordination between teams inside and outside the area (asset care, brewing, quality, and engineering).
- Applies working knowledge of Warehouse processes to guide teams in enacting improvements.
- Motivates teams to deliver their best performance on an ongoing basis.
- Works collaboratively with Human Resources and Union representatives to proactively resolve employee issues, including concerns related to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Responsible for conducting investigation and grievance meetings in collaboration with Human Resources and Union Representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, Engineering, Science, or Business OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in operations.
- Previous coaching experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging optimization of consumer goods.
- Knowledge of relevant hygiene, food safety, health and safety legislation (including environmental) and safe work practices.
- Knowledge of packaging operations (theory & application), cost management, and LEAN concepts.
- Strong analytical skills, good communication, innovative approach, and a real sense of urgency.
- Ability to demonstrate Molson Coors’ Values.
- Experience in a unionized environment, including application of a collective bargaining agreement or similar, is considered an asset.
- Ability to influence others.

Pay
Posting salary range: $72,500.00 - $95,100.00, plus a 10% target short-term incentive. On average, $23,000 is spent on benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with above-market employer match, wellness incentives, and EAP. Paid time off includes holidays, vacation days, and sick days.
