What You Can Expect

• Deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team
• Provide training and/or helping Store Associates to always ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standards
• Ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively
• Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately
• Help to lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols
• Target sales objectives and help to achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics in need of improvement
• Participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager

What We Expect From You

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
• Passionate about chocolate

Physical Requirements

• Physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays)
• Physical agility and the ability to stay organized while multitasking
• Ability to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products
• Ability to maintain cleanliness in the store, including bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays
• Ability to restock low shelves or access high displays, involving frequent bending or stretching
• Ability to lift 15-40 pounds
