About the role

As a Part-Time Läderach Key Holder (Shift Lead), you are a brand champion passionate about providing a wonderful in-store experience. The ideal candidate exudes strong leadership traits and aims to build a career in retail management. You will deliver outstanding customer service and foster a positive environment for the in-house team.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to Store Associates to ensure production goals, including product-finishing projects, are met.
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying store and brand standards.
• Ensure smooth movement and flow on the sales floor.
• Maintain accurate product merchandising.
• Lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols.
• Target sales objectives and help achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and areas needing improvement.
• Perform other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
• Reliability and flexibility with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passion for chocolate.

Physical Requirements

• Physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (e.g., restocking or reorganizing displays).
• Physical agility and ability to stay organized while multitasking.
• Frequent bending, squatting, or reaching to organize or stock products.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, which may involve bending to clean floors or wiping displays.
• Ability to lift 15-40 pounds.
