About the role

The Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the team, and ensuring outstanding service. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who leads by example, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during shifts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are met
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Cook and prepare food as needed
• Handle POS operations, cash handling, and online orders
• Maintain a positive, team-first culture

Requirements

• Friendly and energetic with great people skills
• Able to multitask and stay positive under pressure
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and bending repeatedly

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
