  • Serve as an assistant to the Home Manager in leadership duties.
  • Consistently touch base with team members, for performance tracking and development, reporting any necessary updates to the Home Manager.

  • Aptitude of adolescent development.
  • Basic understanding and competency of neurodiversity and other mental health diagnoses.
  • Management and leadership skills - using passion and vision to teach and steward both students and employees.
  • Excellence in innovation and executing plans, knowing how to be attuned to the people and business you serve to weave culture and results.
  • Good computer knowledge and professional writing skills.
