As a Shift Lead at Seaport, you will oversee team operations, manage schedules, and ensure smooth workflow in various departments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Experience with scheduling software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The Shift Lead works Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend shifts required.
