Boba Guys is seeking a Shift Lead to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The position offers flexible hours from $19.87 – $20.37 per hour, with the option to work weekends. This role requires a passion for quality, customer service, and a commitment to good business practices.

About the role

The Shift Lead position is crucial for ensuring efficient and effective operations. They are responsible for leading the team to achieve daily tasks, providing coaching and training to enhance team performance, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide exceptional hospitality and service to both guests and team members
• Anticipate and be one step ahead in service and hospitality
• Become a resource for problem-solving, guest relationships, and product quality
• Deploy the team to optimize the guest experience and service speed
• Protect store assets by adhering to safety, food handling, security, maintenance, and cash handling procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate potential shortages
• Communicate essential information clearly and promptly, maintaining confidentiality as needed
• Model teamwork, collaboration, and respect according to Boba Guys' values
• Assist in the training and development of new and existing team members

Requirements

• One year of relevant work experience
• Continuous demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and delegation skills
• Ability to solve problems using sound judgment
• Performance that aligns with Boba Guys' Vision, Mission, and Values
• Availability to work weekends and opening/closing shifts
• Ability to lift, move, or up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis
