Shift Lead Manager Responsibilities

• Ensuring the highest level of guest service
• Daily accountability for registers
• Properly fund registers and close out each register
• Monitor and supervise employee arrivals
• Aware of unforeseen challenges and ensure adequate staffing
• Ensure a clean workplace by stocking supplies and maintaining restrooms
• Address customer concerns and provide positive interaction
• Resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policy
• Approve discounts, returns, and exchanges

Skills & Job Qualifications

• 2 Years+ Restaurant Supervisory experience
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Polite, Infectiously Enthusiastic, High Energy, Respectful, and Hospitable
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop future leaders
• Previous restaurant/retail management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Decision making
• Knowledge of POS Systems, Microsoft Office, 3rd Party Delivery Platforms

About the Role

The primary responsibility of the Shift Lead is to set and achieve the highest standard in all areas of restaurant management which includes ensuring excellent guest service, team development, high quality foods, food safety, store cleanliness, and maximum profitability.
