Shift Lead - Louisville, KY

Pay $21 - 23 / hr. The Shift Lead is responsible for leading hub associates and/or temp workers in warehouse operations and activities including the receiving, sorting, and scanning inbound freight. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring procedures and operations increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database, and systems
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Forklift experience
• High school degree or higher required
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to adapt and work in warm and cold temperature environment
• Must be able to maneuver and access all areas of the warehouse
• Must be able to frequently stand, walk, and reach with arms
