Shift Lead II - Magnolia Town Center

Job Description

Pay Range: $21.10 / $23.70

Responsibilities

• Lead your team and set the example in welcoming, greeting, and interacting with all members, prospective members, and guests.
• Ability to identify deficits and improve upon current standards and processes.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure daily cleaning tasks and gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean.
• Membership sign-ups and prospect tours, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, managing escalated member concerns, and making and serving smoothies, if applicable.
• Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership information and offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions.
• Ensure proper completion of opening and closing responsibilities, breaking employees for lunches and maintaining appropriate staff levels, and completing inventory counts and orders.
• Supervise member management software reports and process data entry.
• Manage front desk administrative duties as needed.
• Train and develop the team by providing coaching, ensuring timely completion of online training courses, and providing feedback to management for performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the management team to onboard and recruit new team members.
