Shift Lead - Gaithersburg
About the Role
Shift Leads shine by positively influencing the team through strong relationships with both the team and their managers. Shift Leads may sometimes be scheduled in a position (e.g., Griller or Cashier) and other times may serve in a supervisory role. These rock stars have the soft skills to coach Nandocas (hourly employees) and diffuse upset customers. They proactively manage their time and energy—delegating tasks and leading service. As with all members of the Nando’s family, there is an expectation to wear multiple hats, seek out opportunities to improve, and be a good team player.

- Own Back of House duties during the shift: complete prep and pull/thaw lists, fully utilize the cook sheet to call chicken, and consistently perform timely and accurate line checks.
