Shift Lead FullTime (Eaze)

About the role

Eaze is a growing cannabis retailer with one grow and many stores in the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and enhancing the customer experience in-store.
• Act as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Ensure proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops.
• Greet and check in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in-store, on the phone, and process online orders.
• Encourage sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain full understanding of the training and compliance binder.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and procedures and MED compliance standards.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc., are visible and updated.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked store, and uphold general housekeeping duties.
• Support management in training new employees.

Requirements

Sales experience in a retail store environment is preferred, but not required.

Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, and retail.

Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent, or GED.

Skills

• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Reliable transportation to store.
• Willing and able to submit fingerprints for a Level 2 background screening upon hire.

Pay

$16/hour
