Shift Lead- Day/ Night shifts

About the role

P. Terry's Cibolo Location is seeking talented Managers/Shift Leaders who are committed to providing a best-in-class guest experience, are Crew Member focused, and passionate about serving the healthiest and highest quality food and drinks of any fast food restaurant in Texas. We want leaders who are motivated and thrive in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Set up the stand which includes stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling, and food safety walk.
• Count inventory.
• Make deposits and count the drawers.
• Clean and close down all positions.
• Ensure the stand is locked and safe.
• Be responsible and in charge of the stand while the General Manager is not present.
• Support the team and jump in where needed.
• Create a positive and proactive atmosphere, treating guests like family.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Day and/or Night shifts depending on needs.
• Managers must serve safely (we can provide training if needed).
• One year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others.
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
• Ability to lift, reach, and bend over for products.

Pay

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
